FOWSP is a volunteer group of 223 families, with an interest in the conservation and rehabilitation of native bushland in the Warrandyte State Park. Formed in 1982, FOWSP is now one of the largest and most active “Friends” groups in the state. We frequently fill large orders for many organisations.
Contact our helpful Nursery staff for further information. The Nursery is open for plant sales: Thursdays 9:30 am to 12:30 pm; the first Saturday of every month, 9am to 1pm (March to November only). The Nursery is closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and days of extreme weather.

The Friends nursery has over 150 species of trees, shrubs, grasses, herbs, lilies, sedges, groundcovers, climbers and aquatic/semi-aquatic plants available for sale throughout the year.
We grow plants which are specific to the Woori Yallock Creek sub-catchment around Yellingbo, Macclesfield, Seville, Emerald and surrounds. Since its inception in 1991, the Friends nursery has supplied over 700,000 plants for local revegetation activities
